Terms of Use

These terms govern use of TH!RST. They are a product terms page for Play Console, not a substitute for counsel in your jurisdiction. Replace contact emails with addresses you monitor.

1. The service

TH!RST is a dating and social discovery app for adults. We do not guarantee you will match, meet anyone, or form a relationship. Dating depends on two people showing up.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must use a Google account and complete in-app age confirmation.
You must not be prohibited from using Google Play or from dating services under applicable law.
One account per person unless we agree otherwise.

We may remove accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors. See our Child Safety Standards.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login details secure. Profile photos and information must be of you (or used with all required rights) and must not impersonate others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Involve anyone under 18 in romantic, sexual, or exploitative contexts, or upload sexual content of minors
Groom, traffic, harass, stalk, scam, or threaten anyone
Share non-consensual intimate imagery
Use TH!RST for compensated dating / prostitution arrangements as a product of the app
Operate fake or bot accounts, or manufacture likes, views, or matches
Attempt to cash out coins, gift paid value to other users, or resell the service
Interfere with safety systems, reports, or other users’ access
Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service except as allowed by law

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our safety standards.

5. User content

You keep ownership of photos, bios, prompts, and messages you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate TH!RST (including showing your profile to other users and running safety checks). You can delete content you control; copies in backups or other users’ devices may persist for a limited time. Chat you send to someone else cannot always be unsent from their device.

6. AI features

Optional wingman / icebreaker features are AI-generated. We disclose that before you use them. Outputs can be wrong or inappropriate. You remain responsible for anything you send. You can report AI messages in-app. Do not rely on AI for emergency, medical, or legal advice.

7. Virtual currency (coins)

Coins are a limited license to use in-app features (for example Super Likes or boosts). They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Coins you purchase do not expire. Promotional or signup coins may expire if we said so when they were granted (signup starter coins expire in 7 days).
Coins are used only inside TH!RST. No transfers to other people, no cash-out.
Purchases are made through Google Play. Refunds follow Google’s policies and our ledger updates; we do not punish chargebacks by banning you for the dispute itself.

8. Subscriptions

Plus, Gold, and Platinum unlock ongoing features. They are not a lump of coins. Prices and periods come from Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in the Play Subscription Center (also linked from in-app Settings → Manage Subscription). Billing is handled by Google. If we offer a free trial, the post-trial price is shown in Play and in the paywall.

9. Safety reports

Report and block stay in the app. We review safety reports, prioritize child-exploitation reports, and may preserve evidence and contact authorities as required. TH!RST is not an emergency service.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Other users are not vetted as employees. Meet people in public and use your judgment. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for other users’ conduct, lost matches, or device issues. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limits are forbidden).

11. Changes and termination

We may change the service or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You may stop using TH!RST at any time. We may stop offering the app or close accounts that violate policy.
