Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your TH!RST account and the personal data we hold for it. This page is the public request path for Google Play’s account deletion requirement.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@thirst.app from the same email address used to sign up.
- Subject line: Delete TH!RST account
- In the body, include: your account email, and the words “Please delete my TH!RST account and associated personal data.”

What we delete
- Account / auth credentials
- Profile (name, bio, prompts, preferences, photos we host)
- Matches, likes, and in-app messages where we control the data
- Wallet / coin balance and purchase records we store (Play may keep its own billing records)
Timing
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request. You will get a confirmation email when it is done (or if we need more info to verify you).
What we may keep
We may retain limited data longer when required for safety investigations, fraud prevention, legal holds, tax/accounting, or to resolve disputes — only as needed for those purposes, then remove or de-identify it.
Subscriptions
Deleting your TH!RST account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel first in the Play Subscription Center (also linked from in-app Settings → Manage Subscription), then request account deletion.
